Why "Tai Chi 365" is Different

Why "Tai Chi 365" is Different

If you are living with stiff joints, recovering from an injury, or feeling less confident on your feet, regular exercise can feel intimidating. You might worry about pushing your body too hard or causing a painful flare-up.

Tai Chi 365 was created by a Physical Therapist to bridge the gap between clinical rehabilitation and lifelong wellness. This is not a random fitness or gym class—it is a structured, evidence-based movement program taught under expert medical supervision.

Not at all! This program is built entirely for beginners. Every movement is broken down step-by-step at a slow, comfortable, and easy-to-follow pace.

As long as you are medically cleared by your physician or have completed your clinical physical therapy, this program is designed for you. Because it is led by a Physical Therapist, we specialize in safely modifying movements for post-rehab individuals.
