A Physical Therapist-led Tai Chi program designed to restore your balance, protect your joints, and rebuild your daily mobility—safely.
If you are living with stiff joints, recovering from an injury, or feeling less confident on your feet, regular exercise can feel intimidating. You might worry about pushing your body too hard or causing a painful flare-up.
Led by Nina Evangelista, PT—a Physical Therapist, Certified Exercise Expert for the Aging Adult, and Certified Chronic Pain Coach.
Every single movement is modified for proper posture, safe joint positioning, and your specific comfort level. No straining, no twisting, no pain.
Classes are strictly limited to 10–12 participants. This ensures you receive individual feedback, personalized attention, and a supportive community environment.

Not at all! This program is built entirely for beginners. Every movement is broken down step-by-step at a slow, comfortable, and easy-to-follow pace.
As long as you are medically cleared by your physician or have completed your clinical physical therapy, this program is designed for you. Because it is led by a Physical Therapist, we specialize in safely modifying movements for post-rehab individuals.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, and flat, stable, closed-toe shoes (like sneakers).
To ensure every participant receives personalized attention and clinical supervision, we cap our classes at 10–12 students. Reserve your spot today.
