What Is Tai Chi?

Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that is still practiced today as a form of exercise. You perform a series of movements in a slow, focused manner, and accompanied by deep breathing. Your movement flows from one posture into the next continuously, ensuring that your body is in continuous motion.

Who Can Do Tai Chi?

Tai chi is generally safe for people all ages and fitness levels. It is low impact and does not put much stress to muscles and joints. It is also does not require any specialized equipment and can be done indoors and outdoors.

How Can Tai Chi Help With Arthritis?

Tai chi can help you if you have arthritis. Some of its benefits are:

  • Improve flexibility to relieve pain because of arthritis
