What Is Tai Chi 365?

Tai Chi 365 is a movement program led by a Physical Therapist, designed to help adults build mobility, coordination, and confidence through evidence-based Tai Chi for Health programs.

Our programs are beginner-friendly and designed for safe, progressive learning.

Our next Tai Chi 365 series will focus on the Tai Chi for Arthritis form, a gentle and structured Tai Chi for Health program designed to support safe movement and joint health.

No prior Tai Chi experience is needed

• Have completed physical therapy

• Have had joint replacement (when medically cleared)

• Want a safe, gentle exercise program
