What Is Tai Chi 365?
Tai Chi 365 is a movement program led by a Physical Therapist, designed to help adults build mobility, coordination, and confidence through evidence-based Tai Chi for Health programs.
Our programs are beginner-friendly and designed for safe, progressive learning.
